Your upline lineage would be Ip Man, Jui Wan, Francis Fong, Jon Rister, Dragon James Fell. Only 4 people between you and Ip Man. That is great. That is a strong lineage. Not watered down.

An additional side upline lineage is thru Ip Man, Bruce Lee, Dan Inosanto, Jon Rister, Dragon James Fell.

Francis Fong and Dan Inosanto, whom I have trained hands on with both and attended many of their seminars, are the primary instructors of my Si Fu Jon Rister.

I prepare my students so that when the time comes, they are mentally prepared and in the proper mental state to overcome any overwhelming odds.

This is done through teaching enlightenment, increasing knowledge in the art and techniques, practicing techniques and care for the body, uplifting the spirit and heart, and expanding the imagination.
