Hello all Si-Dai and Si-Mui (Junior Kung Fu Brothers and Sisters),

Well, it's been a little while since I wrote you last, so I want to say welcome to all the new members.

We had a great sword and staff seminar in the park last Saturday from 7:30 am to 11am, Everybody had a good time and I got a lot of compliments. Then I went to my Sifu school and had another great seminar there for 3 hours on the same thing, sword and staff, what a coincidence is that!!!

This past Saturday was the last day of the second quarter and everyone got a certificate for attending class for the last 12 weeks, or 3 months, adding up to 48 hours of class time with the last quarter when the classes started. At the end of next quarter, everyone will have put in 72 hours of class training over 9 months, which will make them eligible for their first test, which will be on that last Saturday of July 30, 2016.

This will give them a rank that will be recognized by their SiGung, and SiTaiGung of their current knowledge and abilities.

So guess what, I will be attending another seminar at my Sifu school. Every year he does an Instructor training camp that lasts 4 days 12 hours, and 4 nights 12 hours, with a cookout on the last or next day. I normally eat several pounds of food and gallons of beer. Ha Ha Ha !!!

That will be the 4th seminar from my Sifu so far this year. There has been one each month since February.

There is a FREE session in the park in Grapevine every Saturday from 9:45am to 11am.

Every Saturday morning from 7:30am to 9:30am at the REC center in Grapevine we have a 2 hour class for only $5 an hour. You pay the REC center by the month for the 4 or 5 Saturday classes of each month.
